Blow off from the Prez

Welcome to the February edition of the “Blow off from the Prez”.

The next few weeks are shaping up to be a busy time for home brewers.  The SAAZ “Spring Fling with Smoked Wings” entry window opens Friday, Feb 17th.  The Space Coast Craft Beer Festival and the BFBC are both on the 25th.  Florida’s Brewers Guild “Beerfest 2012” is on March 3rd.  Don’t forget the Spring Party March 10th (or should I say Birthday Party?).  And that is just scratching the surface.

We will go over all of these at our February meeting (Feb 19th on the patio at World of Beer Viera – you didn’t forget, did you?) while we make cider. Until then, get your entries ready and your carpools laid out.  This is going to be a wild time in the home brew / craft beer world and I for one don’t want to miss a thing.

Cheers,
Kip
