Things that just happened:<\/span><\/p>\n

Congratulations to our fearless leader Seth and his lovely wife Katie, on the birth of their little girl this week!!! Gwen Rene Grablow arrived Sunday 7\/6\/25, healthy and adorable!!! SAAZ sends our love and warm wishes out to the Grablow family!!!!<\/p>\n

June happy hours at Brix and Beachfly were awesome!! It was great to see everyone and support our local breweries!!!<\/p>\n

June SAAZ meeting at Bugnutty was well attended, we received some great education and good times, snacks and beers were had by all!!<\/p>\n

On that note, PAY YOUR DUES FOR 2025!!! Dues allow us to continue to organize these fun events and support the local craft brew and home brew community. BOTTOMS UP BEER RUN was a great success and lots of money was raised!!! We are able to donate $8000 to St. Baldricks this year!! (Happy Hour at Beachfly later this month to present a check and celebrate – see details further on) Thanks again to everyone who helped with this amazing event!!<\/p>\n

7\/19 2pm to 6 pm Summer party at Don and Donna Deis’ clubhouse, Capron Ridge Clubhouse 1187 Ballinton Dr, Melbourne. This is a pool party with food, raffles and fun!! Bring brews, and a side or dessert to share. The Deis will be providing BBQ meat as a main course!! There is additional parking on the southside of the clubhouse. If you cannot attend and wish to purchase raffle tickets ahead of the party check out facebook to see the lots and contact the commander (gcbessette@gmail.com)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7\/22 6pm Happy Hour at Beachfly, we will be celebrating our donation to St. Baldricks from the BUBR proceeds on run club night!! Run starts at 6:30pm and we will be taking our celebratory photo around 7:15pm.<\/p>\n

Stewarding is a great way to help out the competition and learn more about different beer styles. Anyone interested in becoming a BJCP judge should start by stewarding competitions as this helps you learn the process and learn more about beer!! Judges and stewards please help us out and sign up ahead of time if you can, as it helps us plan the sessions. Anyone who knows BJCP judges please encourage them to come out and help us. It takes a village to judge a beer competition!!<\/p>\n

\nDinner starts at 5:30 pm at Bugnutty Brewing Company!!!! Awards Ceremony 7PM, followed by raffle. Dinner tickets will include 4 beers and a fabulous BBQ themed meal!! Tickets will be sold during Summer party, judging weekends and other upcoming SAAZ events, Bugnutty is closing their entire business on a Saturday night for us so please buy dinner tickets, beers and tip your servers. We are getting an amazing venue, dinner and a huge discount on beers!!!! We are welcome to bring homebrewed bottles to this event for sampling\/sharing, no kegs please and no commercial beers please.<\/p>\n

October 25th 2025 Space Coast Brewfest in Titusville, SAAZ will be brewing and pouring for this event, plan your brews now!!! There will also\u00a0 be a special competition held the night before at the brewers party!!Each brewclub will be pouring an exclusive beer that we will be serving the the VIP tent.\u00a0 The brewers attending the preparty the night before will vote a favorite beer and the VIP attendees will also vote a favorite with an exciting prize in store that any brewer will absolutely love!!!
